Queenslake's 40-acre private lake offers the perfect setting for an afternoon sail — sheltered, serene, and surrounded by lush forest and rolling pastures. Whether you are an experienced sailor or simply curious, gliding across the water with nothing but the breeze and birdsong around you is one of the most peaceful experiences the farm has to offer. Available by appointment for guests and boarders.
The Boat Dock
Our private covered boat dock sits right on the water's edge, adjacent to the beach — and it's one of the most beloved spots on the farm. Swim off the dock, cast a line from the shade, or sunbathe on the platform as the morning mist lifts off the lake. From here you can hop aboard our pontoon for a cruise, grab a rowboat, kayak, canoe, or sailboat, and set out across our 40-acre private lake at your own pace. It's the kind of place where an afternoon disappears without anyone minding.
Private Beach
All guests have access to our private lakeside beach — a tucked-away retreat right on the water's edge. Settle into an Adirondack chair under the gazebo, gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the lake, or simply sit and listen to the water. With kayaks and canoes nearby, a dock for fishing, and the gentle sound of the Kentucky countryside all around you, the beach is one of those rare places where time slows down. Concert Stage
Set against the shimmering backdrop of Queenslake, our professional outdoor concert stage is one of the most stunning performance venues in the Bluegrass.
