CONTRACT, INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Every commercial production must provide a valid COI with a minimum of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 Primary Commercial General Liability coverage naming Queenslake Horse Farm LLC as "Additional Insured" and Certificate Holder at least 5 business days prior to equipment load-in.
Standard production day rate spans 12 scheduled hours (including meal breaks). Set time exceeding 12 hours is billed at 1.5x to 2.0x base hourly rates.
Location fees, site rep fees, on-site lodging, and Kentucky resident labor qualify toward the 30% to 35% Kentucky Entertainment Incentive (KEIP) refundable tax credit ($250k out-of-state min / $125k KY company min).
